A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney (Remote - ATL, GA).

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict

Gather and organize documents, evidence, and legal research for cases

Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in Georgia

Experience in litigation or relevant legal internships

Understanding of insurance law and litigation processes

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
