Overview of the SVP, Director of Product and Enterprise Sales :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Sales Team in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Wealth Management industry, financial technology solutions and a proven track record of driving sales strategies, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals. You will play a critical role in expanding BetaNXT’s market presence and revenue base by delivering cutting-edge solutions to financial institutions, businesses, and partners. This newly created leadership role will play a critical part in BetaNXT’s strategy and business growth going forward.

Responsibilities of the SVP, Director of Product and Enterprise Sales :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s market share in the WealthTech sector
  • Ensure the Sales Team’s strategy and goals are aligned to BetaNXT’s strategy and mission
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Sales Team (both Enterprise and Product sales), ensuring they meet individual and team performance goals. A key area of focus will be on guiding the team to closing new business and achieving better wallet-share penetration for current clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing relationships with key decision-makers in the wealth management universe, traditional banks, broker dealers, family offices, other financial institutions, payment providers, established and emerging fin-tech providers and other relevant industries
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and Account Management teams to refine product offerings and create tailored solutions for clients and prospects
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities and align the sales team to those opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to close deals effectively and in alignment with company objectives
  • Create, monitor and maintain the sales pipeline and revenue forecasts, and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure the Salesforce application is updated and reflects all current activity for all team members. Work to ensure proper reporting and systems enhancements are completed
  • Stay updated and current and act as the SME for latest trends, regulations, and technologies in the FinTech and Wealth Management landscape to ensure the company remains competitive
  • Leverage industry contacts and market knowledge to refine BetaNXT’s approach to sales
  • Develop training a coaching sessions and tools to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge growth across the Sales Team

Skills and Experience of the SVP, Director of Product and Enterprise Sales :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Industry credentials such as FINRA Series exams and / or SIFMA Institute are also a plus
  • 10+ years of sales management experience in the FinTech or Wealth Management or financial services industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in a private equity owned or managed business is preferred
  • Proven track record of managing and developing successful sales teams in the Wealth Management and financial services industry and delivery growth and a commitment to success
  • In-depth knowledge of financial technology products, including payment solutions, blockchain, banking software, and digital financial services
  • Strong network of contacts in the financial services industry, including C-level executives and Board-level executives. Proven ability to interact and influence at this level is key
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer needs and align them with innovative solutions. Understanding and ability to create reports and use data to drive decision-making
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Compensation :

  • We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience including full benefits offering and PTO. Minimum salary of $100,000 plus bonus opportunities and other incentives.
