Restaurant Manager (FT) - K5 Hospitality

K5 Hospitality is seeking talented Front of House Managers to join our award-winning restaurant group. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our popular dining destinations in Atlanta, GA. You will lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and hostesses to ensure that our guests receive excellent service, food, and atmosphere. If you have previous experience in a similar role, a passion for the restaurant industry, and a desire to be part of a dynamic and growing organization, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations.
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
  • Organize and supervise shifts.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements :

  • 3+ years of a restaurant manager or related leadership experience.
  • Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal / state / local law.
  • Familiar with point-of-sale computers and software.
  • Comfortable using a computer, navigating Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook Email.
