Lead discovery sessions and transform business requirements into technical designs
Create testing plans and manage change processes following releases
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Project / Process Management experience
4+ years of Operations experience
Extensive experience in documenting business processes and designing workflows
Experience with Salesforce / Community is a plus
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups
