Responsibilities

Policy Consultation : Offer expert advice on insurance options, helping clients choose plans best suited to their requirements.
Lead Generation : Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community events.
Sales Execution : Achieve sales targets by closing sales, processing applications, and ensuring timely policy issuance.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
Market Research : Stay current with industry trends and competitive products to provide clients with informed recommendations.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all activities adhere to state regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
Licensing : Must possess an active Louisiana Property & Casualty License.
Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years in insurance sales or a related area is highly preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills to interact confidently with clients.
Customer-Focused : Demonstrated ability to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
