At our FQHC, we believe healthcare should be transformative and accessible to all. As an IT Specialist II , you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission by ensuring our technology infrastructure runs smoothly across all departments—from exam rooms to administrative offices.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on support to a wide range of users including providers, clinicians, clerks, and administrators.
- Troubleshoot and maintain computers, peripherals, and clinical software in fast-paced healthcare settings.
- Configure and deploy hardware / software (Windows 10 & 11).
- Support and maintain systems like VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft 365 (including Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Manage network installations, RDP functionality, Meraki wireless access points, and workstation connectivity.
- Handle Active Directory tasks including DNS, DHCP, group policy, and printer server management.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors on IT projects and software support.
- Use help desk and inventory tools to track and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure security through antivirus, phishing protection, and access control tools.
- Uphold HIPAA standards for patient data confidentiality and integrity.

What You Bring
