All new RNs must have current BCLS certification or obtain it within one month of hire.\n\nExperience : This role serves as a foundational position for all RNs, with opportunities to advance through the SPIRE clinical advancement program.\n\nLicensure : Must be a licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut. Clinical specialty certification is highly encouraged.\n\nSpecial Skills : The foundational duties apply to all RNs, with encouragement for advancement through the SPIRE clinical advancement program.\n\nPhysical Demands : This role requires prolonged standing, walking, and the use of sight, hearing, and touch. Exposure to infectious diseases, as well as physical and emotional challenges related to patient care, is inherent.
