A private organization in Florida is looking to add a new, licensed Physican Assistant (PA) to join their growing Primary Care team.

About the Opportunity :

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Hours : 8AM to 5PM

Responsibilities :

  • Treating and providing direct medical care to ambulatory patients under direction and responsibility of the Staff Physician.
  • Diagnoseing diseases, conditions and illnesses
  • Prescribing the appropriate type of medications, vaccinations, therapies and treatments.
  • Counseling, guiding, and educating patients, parents or consented guardians.
  • Referring patients requiring specialized care to appropriate facilities and / or practitioners.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in a Pediatric role / setting
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Health Science or Medical Science
  • Completion of the PANCE exam administered by National Commission of the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Possess a Physician Assistant license / certification active in the State of Florida.
