Key Responsibilities

Assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures

Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment

Monitor patient vitals and provide procedural support

Prepare patients and explain procedures clearly and compassionately

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards

Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance initiatives

Required Qualifications

Education :

Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist Program (CVT)

or Certified Radiologic Technologist Program (CRT)

Experience :

Minimum of 2 years hospital experience

Certifications (one or more required) :

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)

Certified Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT)

Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)

Licensure :

CRT : California Board of Health

RCIS : Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
