We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator and Developer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the performance, scalability, and security of existing databases while contributing to the design and development of new database solutions. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate across teams, refine database management processes, and support the creation of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and improve the efficiency and performance of existing database programs.
• Analyze user requirements to design, test, and implement database solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to create new database programs aligned with data storage requirements.
• Monitor database performance, scalability, and security, and implement optimizations as needed.
• Develop and execute scripts and support programs to enhance data storage capacity.
• Debug database scripts and programs, resolving conflicts and ensuring functionality.
• Document database design processes, configurations, and performance metrics for future reference.
• Evaluate existing database designs to identify and implement necessary updates and performance improvements.
• Code, test, and debug software solutions while ensuring alignment with system requirements.
• Partner with architects, contractors, and IT teams to deliver and support integrated software solutions.
• 5+ years of experience of SQL Database Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL for database development and administration.
• Experience with ETL processes and stored procedures.
• Strong knowledge of database security and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with .NET Core and C# for software development.
• Ability to analyze and refine data for effective database management.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills related to database scripts and software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with React for front-end development - preferred
