Floating Property Manager
Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Floating Property Manager to join our team in our Clarksville, IN and Louisville, KY Region. Monarch has 4 properties in Indiana and 2 in Louisville for a total of 891 market rate units. We are offering up to $57k / yrs, two-weeks' paid time off, and great benefits!

Fills in for local operations positions as needed, including by but not limited to : Ensuring team adherence to all Monarch policies and best practicesEnsuring proper use of all standard documents and forms (timecards, leases, License to Occupy, etc.)Ensures delivery on all leasing, renewal, and collections objectives, by but not limited to : Leasing properties at or above market occupancy and rent levels, per owner guidelines o Capturing desired tenant renewals at the highest rate possibleManaging delinquency of rental and other income (including posting / collecting / tracking relevant information, consistently attempting to collect "Bad Debt" prior to write offs, etc.)Ensuring timely responsiveness and sufficient resolution to all work ticketsEnsures timely and accurate delivery on all information management and reporting, by but not limited to : Signing new and renewal lease documents / files as neededCompleting all required reporting, maintaining thorough knowledge of all property aspectsMaintaining and organizing records and files based on company and legal requirementsEnsuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant, and at its greatest impKnowledge, Skills and Experience required :
High school diploma or equivalent5+ years' experience or equivalent in multi-family housing Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate Yardi software.General knowledge of local, state and federal resident / property management laws / guidelinesStrong analytical reporting, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.Ability to work well under the pressure of meeting tight deadlines in a timely manner.Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plusThis role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening (we do not check for THC), and a credit review.
