Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry? We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our inside sales team, where you'll play a key role in supporting approximately 150 retina clinics and specialists. As the primary point of contact, you'll have the opportunity to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of retina practices.

In this role, you'll be more than just an Account Manager-you'll be a trusted consultative partner, building long-term relationships and supporting our SPN Cycle of Support to help retina clinics thrive. This position combines the best of both worlds : the efficiency of an inside sales role paired with quarterly travel to connect directly with customers and attend industry events. Customer Relationship Management :

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with assigned retina clinic customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer needs, ensuring timely and professional resolution of inquiries and issues.
• Act as a consultative business partner, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer's business through increased utilization of our services, programs, and solutions.
