About Us
The Phoenix Recovery Center helps individuals and families heal from substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant / Administrative Coordinator to support our President and leadership team. This is a part-time role with the possibility of growing into full-time. Ideal for someone organized, adaptable, and eager to learn within a behavioral health setting.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain personnel files and track staff certifications (CPR, TB, screenings, etc.)
- Assist with payroll (hours, PTO, new hires, terminations)
- Support compliance and licensing documentation
- Help prepare weekly reports and state compliance records
- Provide administrative backup for office managers and leadership team
- Coordinate facility and scheduling needs as requested
What We’re Looking For
1+ year administrative support or office coordination experience (behavioral health / healthcare preferred)Strong organization and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceAbility to maintain confidentiality and adapt to shifting priorities
