Every shift is an opportunity to make an impact and shine as a nurse everyone relies on.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nProvide exceptional nursing care for patients ranging from stable to high-acuity neurological conditions\n\nIdentify complex problems, anticipate changes, and implement interventions to improve outcomes\n\nDevelop individualized care plans that guide the entire care team\n\nServe as a patient advocate, communicating clinical concerns with confidence\n\nDocument patient care integrating assessments, disease processes, and treatment plans\n\nCoordinate care to ensure safety, quality, and an exceptional patient experience\n\nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team using contemporary nursing models\n\nSupport national patient safety goals, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements\n\nEducate and mentor new staff, lead orientation and in-service programs\n\nParticipate in unit management, quality improvement, and committee work\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\nAssociate's degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.
