Position : SharePoint Designer & Digital Communications Specialist

Location : Dallas / Fort Worth, TX 76106

This is a Full-Time contract to hire position

Core Hours : 8 : 30–4 : 30 or 9 : 00–5 : 00

Hourly Rate : $25-45 / hr

I am looking for a creative and detail-oriented SharePoint Designer to help us transform our internal digital workplace.

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between Marketing / Communications, IT, and Business Units, ensuring that the SharePoint sites not only function seamlessly but also reflect the brand identity and support collaboration across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Brand SharePoint Sites : Build, customize, and maintain intranet pages and templates that align with internal brand standards.
• Optimize User Experience : Streamline layouts, navigation, and file organization for consistency and ease of use.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with IT, Marketing / Brand, and Business Units to ensure technical feasibility and brand alignment.
• Revamp & Refresh : Audit existing SharePoint pages, clean up content, and ensure everything reflects current standards.
• Support Communication Goals : Contribute to internal campaigns and digital initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
