Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist, Temporary (Bilingual Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns

Make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily to book appointments with patients

Educate patients on the importance of in-home health services and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless experience

Required Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish (ability to speak, read, and write)

Residence in the eastern time zone

At least 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience, including 1 year in healthcare

Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software

Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality, patient-centered service
