Assembles product parts following production guidelines, conducting quality checks and reporting any issues with quality, equipment or materials.Job Details

• Position Type : Full-time / Non-Exempt (Hourly)
• Work Location : Onsite - Whitewater, WI 53190
• Shift : 2 (2 : 55 PM – 11 PM) (Mon-Fri)Key Responsibilities
• Assemble basic product parts according to production guidelines and specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units and components.
• Perform spot checks on assembled parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report any issues with quality, equipment, or materials to the supervisor.
• Maintain an organized work area and ensure tools are properly stored.
• Follow established manufacturing procedures to complete assembly tasks.
• Consult with management on operational improvements and assist in training new employees.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members as needed.
• Provide mentoring to team members as needed.
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.Qualifications (Required)
