Assembles product parts following production guidelines, conducting quality checks and reporting any issues with quality, equipment or materials.Job Details
- Position Type : Full-time / Non-Exempt (Hourly)
- Work Location : Onsite - Whitewater, WI 53190
- Shift : 2 (2 : 55 PM – 11 PM) (Mon-Fri)Key Responsibilities
- Assemble basic product parts according to production guidelines and specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units and components.
- Perform spot checks on assembled parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report any issues with quality, equipment, or materials to the supervisor.
- Maintain an organized work area and ensure tools are properly stored.
- Follow established manufacturing procedures to complete assembly tasks.
- Consult with management on operational improvements and assist in training new employees.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members as needed.
- Provide mentoring to team members as needed.
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.Qualifications (Required)
