job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWash and secure peat moss building Keep area around the peat moss shed clean of debris Must maintain adequate supply of peat moss and lime Ability to monitor hours and days off efficiently Maintain and supply salt to the softeners Ensure CAC is available for the following business day Provides accountability and direction to Management for Company - Employee Interaction. Ability to train new employees Oversee the peat moss process Oversee all the peat moss personnel Ensure that all peat moss practices are followed at all times Monitor and evaluate performance of all peat moss staff under his / her supervision Ensure that follow up and / or discipline is implemented as per company policy Record water usage and bales for all mixers The job duties found below are not the only tasks required for the job. You may be assigned other duties and tasks as well. Always required to speak and comprehend English, Spanish or both. Always required to sit, stand or walk. Always required to see with or without corrective lenses. Frequently required to utilize fine motor coordination in hands and arms. Frequently required to lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally required to lift up to 20 pounds. Occasionally required to balance, stoop or crouch. Occasionally required to climb stairs.

- Must be able to drive a truck with standard transmission
Certifications / Licenses : Valid Driver's License with clean driving history
