    • About the Role :

    Join the festive team at YES Contractors as a Light Installer , where your attention to detail and creativity will help transform homes and businesses into dazzling displays. In this role, you will install, maintain, and remove holiday and event lighting for clients in Wall, NJ, and surrounding areas.

    Responsibilities :

  • Safely install holiday and event lighting on rooftops, trees, landscaping, and structures.
  • Operate ladders, lifts, and equipment to complete installations efficiently and securely.
  • Ensure lighting displays meet design specifications and exceed client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair lighting issues during the season.
  • Maintain and organize lighting inventory and equipment.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
  • Provide excellent customer service during installations and removals.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

    • Requirements :

  • Previous experience in light installation, construction, or related field preferred (training provided).
  • Comfort with heights and ability to safely operate ladders and lift
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design plans.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
