Our client is a global luxury retail brand. They are seeking a Global Customs & Trade Compliance Analyst to join their team in Whippany, NJ.

This role requires a deep understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and supply chain logistics.

Role Overview : The Analyst, Global Customs COE is an integral part of the Center of Excellence within the Global Trade & Logistics (GTL) organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with customs regulations and optimizing duty savings opportunities through effective management of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) related to European suppliers and the Global Duty Drawback program.

Global Customs & Trade Compliance Analyst Responsibilities :

  • Oversee FTA management for European suppliers, ensuring compliance and maximizing duty savings.
  • Lead the global duty drawback program, securing timely and accurate claims.
  • Partner across sourcing, operations, finance, and engineering to streamline compliance processes.
  • Maintain precise documentation, monitor regulatory changes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support global customs compliance policies, audits, and data analysis.

Global Customs & Trade Compliance Analyst Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s in International Trade, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in customs compliance, international trade, or duty programs.
  • Strong knowledge of FTAs, duty drawback, and customs regulations (EU focus preferred).
  • Skilled in data analysis, documentation, and compliance systems.
  • Licensed Customs Broker a plus.
