Qwest Electric LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from planning through closeout. This role requires strong coordination skills, budget oversight, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining timelines, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Project Management
• Oversee all phases of assigned commercial and industrial electrical projects
• Manage schedules, materials, subcontractors, and site logistics
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
• Budget & Financial Oversight
• Track project budgets and labor / material costs
• Approve timecards, manage cost-to-complete projections
• Report budget performance and adjust plans as needed
• Team & Safety Leadership
• Coordinate with Foremen and field teams
• Lead safety meetings and enforce job site safety protocols
• Coach team members to meet performance goals
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and general contractors
• Present bids and change orders; manage expectations and communication
• Deliver regular progress reports and updates
• Preconstruction & Closeout
• Collaborate with estimators and assist in pre-bid planning
• Manage documentation including permits, RFIs, submittals, and inspections
• Oversee punch lists, project turnover, and warranty documentation
