We are recruiting to fill a Computer Support Technician position to perform a variety of computer systems administration and support tasks within an assigned region, including analyzing, constructing, documenting, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting of PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, and communication devices for the entire organization. Performs a variety of project tasks and requires good communication skills with the ability to work with users diplomatically and skillfully.

Minimum qualifications :
Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's degree with at least fifteen (15) semester hours in computer science, computer information systems or closely related areas and one year experience in computer information technology systems such as computer programming, systems analysis and design or work with primary responsibility for the configuration of computer hardware and software in a server and / or microcomputer environment.
Additional experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.
