Job Title : Principle Maintainability Engineer

Location : Sterling Heights, MI

Duration : 05 months contract

Pay : $74.20 / hr. on W2

Citizenship Requirement : US Citizens or Perm Residents

Position Description :

• Client is seeking an experienced Principal Maintainability, RAM, or Logistics Engineer.
• This person will report to our Sterling Heights, MI facility on Van Dyke Ave. In this role, the Engineer must be able to : Perform maintenance task analysis, defining maintenance task steps, equipment, tools, times and personnel requirements.
• Perform Level of Repair Analysis.
• Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance.
• Calculate Maintenance Ratio, Mean Time To Repair and Max Time To Repair.
• Understand and document the effects and engineering change has on Maintainability and Logistics aspects of a program such as time to repair, spares requirements, tools, personnel, etc.
• Recommend changes to designs based on analysis performed to improve the supportability and life cycle cost of the system.
• Develop and writing technical documentation, makes revisions to existing documentation and provides input to technical papers or presentations.

Skills Required :

Have significant Slicwave experience

Perform the following without training : a) Level of Repair Analysis b) Maintenance Task Analysis c) Reliability Centered Maintenance.

A minimum of 10 years in Maintainability, RAM, or Logistics Engineering

Preferred Skills :

Reliasoft

Opus

A bachelor's degree or military service.
