Join Our Team as a Full-Time Teller – Downers Grove

We’re looking for a friendly, service-focused professional who’s passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences, building lasting relationships, and helping our members achieve their financial goals.

What You’ll Do :

As a Teller, you will be the face of DuPage Credit Union — welcoming Members, processing transactions accurately, and identifying opportunities to enhance their financial lives.

Greet every Member with warmth and professionalism.
Perform routine financial transactions : deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and more.
Maintain accuracy in all cash handling and balancing activities.
Identify and refer opportunities to deepen Member relationships through financial products and services.
Uphold our DUPAGE philosophy in every interaction by focusing on each Member’s unique needs.
Support your branch team in achieving sales and service goals.

What You’ll Bring :

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 6 months of cash handling .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work flexible schedule, including Saturdays

Work Environment & Schedule :

This is a full-time, onsite role requiring flexibility with scheduling. You must be available to work varying shifts during branch business hours, including some Saturdays.
