Headquartered in Augusta, GA, with a satellite office in Charlotte, NC, TaxSlayer proudly employs year-round staff and seasonal support agents. This role supports customers who use TaxSlayer Pro software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone
• Assist with installation and configuration of TaxSlayer Pro products
• Troubleshoot networks, printers, scanners, antivirus, and firewall programs
• Guide customers through server and network setup
• Maintain strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Research and resolve complex technical issues
