Senior Program Office Analyst

Mantech seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Senior Program Office Analyst to join our team onsite in Washington, DC. In this role, you will support high-visibility Navy programs by providing expert technical and business analysis. You will play a key role in project planning, reporting, and coordination while supporting process improvements across teams. This role may involve mentoring junior teammates and leading collaborative work groups.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Serving as a senior contributor in complex project environments, leveraging specialized knowledge to guide organizational success.
• Working on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical or industry knowledge.
• Collecting data and preparing organization-wide project status reports and analysis.
• Participating in individual projects to provide technical or business assessments, research, and problem resolution.
• Assisting project teammates with guidance for documentation, training, and best practices.
• Coordinating efforts to optimize cross-project resources.
• Participating in the financial and schedule assessment of completed projects and the development of future project roadmaps.
• Providing a leadership role for work groups through knowledge of specialization.
