As a Data Science Senior Associate in the Connected Commerce Analytics team, you will generate actionable insights to drive portfolio growth, inform product design and marketing tactics, and enhance the customer experience. • Analyze, measure, and optimize customer marketing investments and tactics across multiple channels.
• Apply advanced analytics capabilities such as test design, modeling, NLP analysis, segmentation, and optimization.
• Define business KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for executive consumption.
• Ensure compliance with established controls and regulatory requirements in all analytics activities.
