Middlebury College is hiring a Laundry Helper to support our Dining Services team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for laundering uniforms and linens, performing light equipment cleaning and maintenance, and ensuring dryer vents remain clear and functional. You'll help maintain a clean, efficient workspace while providing courteous service and responding to student questions with professionalism. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old and comfortable working independently. This position is a part-time, hourly, non-benefits eligible position. The hourly rate for this position is $16.94 per hour.

Core Responsibilities :

• Launders all Dining Services' uniforms & linen.
• Performs light maintenance and cleaning of equipment (must be at least 18 years of age).
• Cleans dryer vents.
• Reports any equipment problems to supervisor.
• Interacts appropriately with the customer.
• Answers students questions in a polite, courteous manner.
• Hours are subject to change.
• Performs other duties as assigned to assist the department in obtaining and maintaining its mission.
