Responsibilities :
- Greet customers with professional customer service and ascertain the reason for calling.
- Resolve customer requests and complaints via phone, e-mail, or fax.
- Customer portal support - create portal access, corrections, etc.
- Help assist in verifying account information.
- Place follow-up calls to assist accessioning personal with the retrieval of missing patient information for laboratory information system.
- Upload data into billing database and laboratory information system.
- Develop and maintain corporate accounts locally / nationally via various means of contact (email, Zoom / Teams calls, LinkedIn messaging, direct In-person calls, website contact, phone) as well as referrals from existing accounts, LinkedIn contacts, professional and personal relationships.
Qualifications :
1-2 years office support experienceService-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.Excellent communication skills including active listening.Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Associate degree preferredCustomer service experience preferred.Sales experience preferred.Physical Demands and Work Environment :
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
