Position Overview :

We are looking for a motivated, creative & results driven Content Creator to develop and produce engaging content & marketing campaigns that showcases our brand, products, events, and culture across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for craft beer, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for storytelling. From capturing the brewing process to highlighting beer releases and events, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life and connecting with our audience on a meaningful level.

Responsibilities :

Digital Campaign Strategy and Execution :

Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media, email, and SEO.

Set KPIs and ensure campaigns meet business objectives.

Content Creation and Management :

Develop and oversee the creation of engaging, relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.

Collaborate with design and content teams to align assets with brand identity.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.

Monitor and analyze site traffic using tools like Google Analytics.

Social Media Management :

Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to audience engagement, and running paid promotions.

Track and report on social media metrics to measure ROI.

Email Marketing :

Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

Optimize email templates for performance and engagement.

Performance Analysis and Reporting :

Use analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare monthly reports detailing campaign performance and insights.

Partnership and Collaboration :

Work with internal teams and external vendors to optimize online marketing strategies.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications :

Passion for craft beer and a strong understanding of beer culture and industry trends.

Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in photography and videography, with experience in photo and video editing software.

Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (preferred but not required).
