Learning Experience Designer

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer (Simulation Design).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with content experts and simulation architect to enhance critical thinking opportunities within the product

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and editors to ensure content is pedagogically sound and aligned with instructional goals

Create design storyboards, wireframes, and flowcharts to guide implementation and communicate vision to the development team

Required Qualifications

Experience in educational product and game-based learning, particularly in simulation or interactive contexts

Strong skills in system design, user experience, and content-driven storytelling

Ability to translate curriculum into interactive learning experiences

Proven experience in UI / UX design and proficiency with design and prototyping tools

Familiarity with interaction design and responsive design
