As a new Maintenance Technician at EVCO Plastics, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting regular inspections of manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, performing repairs as needed to minimize downtime. Expect to collaborate closely with production teams to understand their needs and implement preventative maintenance measures effectively. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, providing a stable routine that supports work-life balance.

Daily tasks will also include maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and assisting in the training of new team members as required.
