This position offers RN's a regular work schedule Monday through Friday with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on call requirements! The RN Supervising Professional is responsible for setting up home and community based direct care services for clients with complex health needs as determined by their assessment. The RN Supervising Professional develops the participant service plan with input from the Participant's Representative (PR) and assessment document. They may be asked to assist with care delivery competency trainings if needed. They also serve as a resource for the participant, PR or worker on appropriate program use and other services to help meet the health and safety needs of the participant in the community. The RN Supervising Professional may assist in training, supervision, and evaluation of services, as well as ensuring quality assurance of the direct care services at Accra Care. They are expected to stay abreast of current policies and changes to the program, and to participate in committees and meetings to enhance their knowledge of services beneficial to their clients. The RN Supervising Professional would assist in directed areas, this may include home visits or competency visits.
