Seasonal Guest Experience Associate
Seasonal Guest Experience Associates work our Harvest Nights and Winterlights festivals, greeting and welcoming the guests. These positions will provide information and ticketing to the thousands of guests who visit nightly. The positions run from August through mid-January, including regular weekdays and weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
High School Diploma / GED and previous experience in customer service
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
