Housekeeper Full Time

Housekeeper  Full Time 7am - 3pm  Hourly rate 16.50

Clean resident rooms and bathrooms daily.  Clean common areas.  Strip beds weekly, more often if necessary.  Provide a complete set of fresh linen and towels weekly.  Ensure that bathrooms are free from mildew; provide new curtains, bath mats if needed. Inform maintenance personnel if repairs are needed.  Collect residents’ laundry and bring to the laundry room.  Put clean clothing in residents' closet / drawers. Report concerns or observations to management.  Ensure a safe living environment.  Wash windows and window sills in resident rooms.   Maintain and ensure that there is an adequate amount of clean linen at all times.  Deep clean all vacated apartments to prepare for the next resident. Return all supplies to proper storage area upon completion.
