White Builder is seeking an independent, goal-driven Sales Representative to generate new business for our residential and commercial construction services.

This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings — perfect for a self-starter who loves networking, building relationships, and closing deals in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, contact, and follow up with homeowners, property managers, real estate agents, and commercial clients.

Present White Builder’s services and capabilities in remodeling, renovations, and ground-up construction.

Work closely with management to prepare bids, estimates, and proposals.

Represent the company at local networking events, trade shows, and through online outreach.

Maintain accurate lead and sales tracking using company tools (simple CRM or shared spreadsheet).
