Oncology - Radiation Physician

Practice Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient

Call Ratio : every other week

Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic / Office) : 25

Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call / Rounding) : variable 1 per week

Patient Population for Required Coverage : Adult, Office / Clinic, Hospital Based

Documentation System / EMR : meditech / mosaiq

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days approx.

Provider Must be local - only mileage is reimbursed

Requirement :

• Conventional Radiotherapy , 3D Rad, IMRT, SBRT and SRS (No brachy needed), 3D-CRT, IGRT, Stereotactic RadSur, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
• Orders -Tests, Images and Prescribes.
• Experience with following radiation techniques : 3D conformal, IMRT, SBRT and SRS (No brachy needed)
• Experience with following software is preferred but not required : Pinnacle, Velocity, Mosaiq and Epic
• Will be asked to see both inpatient and outpatient consults, do treatment planning, see weekly on-treatment visits and follow up patients
• Will participate in weekly Tumor Boards
• Looking for someone with excellent communication skills who works well with patients and staff
