job_description.job_card.job_descriptionExperience with project management software. Hiring employees and processing hiring-related paperwork. Using HR management systems and application tracking software to recruit and onboard talent while also preparing and maintaining employment records. Establishing partnerships with universities, colleges, trade schools. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives. Managing employee engagement activities and events, including safety and wellness committee and employee recognition program. Handling additional role related duties, as needed.
Seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist with strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with efficacy and efficiency.
ADDITIONAL MUST-HAVES :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources or related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain a professional, positive attitude.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now - Performance module, benefits administration, and multistate payroll.
