Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you manage and integrate multiple projects to deliver a single, impactful outcome. You operate independently, providing world-class service that drives account growth and ensures positive net customer retention across all assigned project offices. This role involves overseeing project delivery and leading and mentoring team members, equipping them with the skills necessary to be effective in their roles. You will foster collaboration and excellence, ensuring successful project outcomes while contributing to the organization's strategic growth.
The Impact You Will Create : This role oversees and supports the Total ITRegs project in modernizing and maintaining critical federal technology systems that serve both agencies and the public. The Project Manager position is responsible for managing two teams within this project. The work spans system development, modernization, and 24 / 7 operations - including rebuilding legacy platforms on modern cloud architectures, improving performance and security, enabling data-driven decision making, and ensuring reliable, continuous operations. The team collaborates closely with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that strengthen government services and enhance public engagement.
Your Responsibilities in This Role :

Domain Experience :
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple government contracting projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timely delivery, and budget adherence.Manage the integration of multiple projects into a cohesive strategy, ensuring that all project components work together to achieve the desired outcome.Drive account growth by ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within assigned project offices.Ensure all projects comply with federal regulations, government procurement rules, and contractual obligations.Continuously evaluate project processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.Managing Team & Project Execution & Performance :
Lead, mentor, and coach team members, imparting the skills and best practices necessary for their success. Encourage a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Conduct performance reviews, manage team resources, and provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.Set clear goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure high-performance standards and accountability across the team.Manage project resources effectively, including budgeting and scheduling, to meet project milestones.Defining Opportunities and Problems :
Partner with stakeholders to understand current and future challenges, evaluate needs, and identify opportunities for improvement.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, performance, and outcomes.Building Relationships and Networking :

The salary range for this position is : Minimum Salary : $114,844 Salary Midpoint : $149,299 Maximum Salary : $183,752 Hiring Range : $114,844 - $145,000
