The Purpose :

As a Senior Manager within the Strategic Finance team at PPRO, you'll be instrumental in driving the financial success of our European, Americas and APAC Commercial teams and be seen as a leader in the Strategic Finance team. You'll act as a pivotal financial partner, embedding yourself within the commercial organisation to provide critical insights that shape our business strategy, optimise pricing, and accelerate our go-to-market initiatives while also leading the reporting processes for monthly board reporting and forecast / budget processes. This highly cross-functional role demands a high level of organisational and planning skills, while being able to identify and execute on opportunities and mitigation of risks, and a passion for collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve our ambitious growth and profitability targets across the dynamic European and Latam landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Business Partnering :
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to Americas and APAC Commercial leadership and sales teams, providing proactive financial insights, analysis, and recommendations
• Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
• Develop and present comprehensive financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, new product launches, and market expansions
• Drive performance management by analysing key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions
• Translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Own commission plan management and reporting
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Financial Support :
• Provide robust financial leadership and analysis for go-to-market initiatives, including market entry strategies, sales channel optimisation, and marketing campaign effectiveness
• Assess the financial viability and ROI of new GTM models and partnerships
• Support the financial assessment and development of sales incentives and commission structures for new GTM models and partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial targets
• Monitor and analyse GTM performance, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains
• Pricing Strategy & Execution :
• Collaborate closely with commercial, product, and legal teams to develop and implement effective pricing strategies that optimise revenue, market share, and profitability
• Evaluate the financial impact of pricing changes, promotions, and discounting strategies and be accountable for approving proposals
• Monitor and report on pricing performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement
