Budget Brownsville Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Budget Brownsville Customer Service Representative to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include washing / detailing vehicles, inspecting vehicles upon return, documenting any damages, processing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth vehicle rental experience for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years
• Must have or be able to obtain a Texas driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
