The Process & Operations Analyst will play a key supporting role in Renuity’s operational transformation efforts. This role is responsible for documenting business processes, maintaining operational knowledge libraries, tracking project execution milestones, and coordinating key tasks across stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic, process-driven environment.
What You'll Do :
Translate process discovery sessions into clear, standardized documentation (SOPs, workflows, RACI charts)
Maintain an organized, version-controlled central repository of process assets
Support quality control of documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and usability
Assist with visual process mapping using tools like Lucidchart
Track action items, owners, and deadlines across active operational improvement initiatives
Schedule working sessions, prepare agendas, and document key outcomes
Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for leadership visibility
Follow up with task owners to drive accountability and maintain project momentum
Assist in gathering and organizing data for light analysis (e.g., metric snapshots, survey results)
Support the preparation of internal presentations and communication materials
Liaise with internal teams (Ops, Call Center, Field, etc.) to collect input as needed
Participate in the rollout of new or updated processes, helping to ensure adoption readiness
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in an operations support, project coordination, or process role
Strong written and visual communication skills
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Asana, Lucidchart, and other MS tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Comfortable working cross-functionally and interacting with various teams
Six Sigma Certification preferred
