Key Responsibilities
Prepare a strategic monthly calendar for Casino and Sports customers
Analyze player behaviors and create segmentations and personalized offers
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for upselling, retention, and reactivation
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a CRM within the iGaming industry
Experience managing VIP segments and executing high value retention strategies
Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and performance tracking tools
Experienced in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies for CRM initiatives
Advanced English level
