A company is looking for an Escrow Assistant working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide mid-level escrow disbursement and prefunding support in a fast-paced environment
Review signed lender packages and communicate with customers to resolve document issues
Reconcile outstanding deposits and disbursements, and handle ancillary functions like check reissue
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of title curative (real property) equivalent experience
Customer service oriented
Detail oriented
Experience with issue resolution via integrated communication methods
