Full Revenue Cycle Manager for Home Health & Hospice

A Hug Away, Inc. is a leading provider of home health and hospice services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Biller to join our team. This role is IN-OFFICE. This role is essential in ensuring accurate billing and efficient collections processes to support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the billing process for home health and hospice services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations from intake to collections.
• Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies, Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payers while working closing with the administrator to maintain and manage office workflow.
• Monitor and follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and appeals to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintain accurate records of billing and collections activities, including payment postings and adjustments.
• Communicate with patients, families, and insurance companies to resolve billing issues and answer inquiries.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure accurate documentation and coding for billing purposes.
• Conduct regular audits of billing processes to identify and correct errors.
• Stay updated on changes in billing regulations and payer requirements.
• Generate and analyze reports on billing and collections performance.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting as needed.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for billing processes.
• Handle billing through the CMS system and Waystar.
• Ensure accurate and audit-free management of medical records for insurance purposes.
