A company is looking for a Program Manager, Scaled Customer Success & Support.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the Scaled Tier 3 program, ensuring continuous evolution and effective management across approximately 350 accounts
Drive renewal automation and deflection through the design and implementation of self-service flows and regionalized renewal notices
Operationalize data and performance systems to enable actionable insights and measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
Experience in strategic program management with a focus on scaled customer success / support programs
Proficiency in building digital journeys, automations, and AI / self-service solutions
Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience in dashboard creation and performance metrics
Demonstrated operational excellence with repeatable processes and quality assurance
Track record of cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Product, Engineering, and RevOps
