OMS Physician

Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN is seeking an OMS physician to join the medical team :

• Be part of building an oral surgery practice in a rural community to improve patient access
• Collaborate with critical access dental providers
• Access to the hospital OR
• Limited OMS service in a high-need area with a dental professional shortage
• No call or trauma call
• Resources / support from OMS physicians in the Sanford Fargo region

SALARY / COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE) : $473,726 - $613,057 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
