Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : active, unrestricted WI license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required. EMR : AllScripts Pay Rate Preferred : $130 / hr. Candidate must be able to suture, and be / become DOT certified prior to starting. (DOT training course provided if needed)
