Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly driven Enterprise Software Sales Manager who can manage and expand relationships with large software companies (ISVs) and SaaS providers. The ideal candidate should have a proven record of selling software engineering services - not just software licenses or products - and should be able to open new doors within existing accounts and generate fresh opportunities through their own professional network.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and grow relationships with large ISVs (Independent Software Vendors).
Identify and connect with new stakeholders within existing client organizations to create new business opportunities.
Leverage existing relationships and references to generate new leads.
Sell services such as software development, web and mobile apps, SaaS platform development, integrations / connectors , etc.
Present company capabilities confidently to clients and handle proposal discussions and negotiations.
Stay familiar with modern software delivery practices like Agile, DevSecOps, AI-assisted coding, QA automation, and product sustenance .
Required Skills & Experience :
10+ years of experience selling professional IT or software engineering services (not licenses).
Proven track record of selling to large software companies or ISVs .
Ability to generate new business through existing networks and references.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of SaaS, integrations, product engineering, and related services .
Nice-to-Have :
Familiarity with modern engineering concepts such as Agile, DevSecOps, QA solutions, AI code assistants, and product sustenance.
