Job Description

Lead and manage OSHPD-regulated healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure compliance with all OSHPD regulations and industry standards. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives. Oversee risk management and implement strategies to mitigate potential project challenges. Ensure quality control and safety standards are met across all project phases. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering professional growth. Maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
